Bella Vida by Letty

Wanderlust: very strong or irresistible impulse to travel.

“It’s what you do that counts, not what you consider doing.” Ann Aguirre

My cousin said to me again the other day that he couldn’t comprehend where I got the energy to do all of the things I do and go all the places I go.  At first I disagreed because I didn’t feel overwhelmed or overly tired.  I’m pretty great with scheduling things and making sure I have quiet time and time to dream.  But he proved me wrong by pointing out all of the photos I’ve been posting.

He is right.  I am on a constant walk about.  Most of the time I bring my camera.

I’ve always loved planning and going on adventures.  That’s how we refer to all of our outings here no matter how close or far or how long we are out, these are our adventures.  It’s the truest definition of what Bella Vida by Letty is.  It is bringing you the perspective of my constant search for all of the beauty this planet has to offer.  I want to enjoy it, experience it, capture it and share it with others.

My goal is to travel more.

I want to see more of the planet, have more experiences, meet people, hear languages, taste foods ….

Sleep under unfamiliar stars …

I hope I have given you a beautiful perspective.

“A person susceptible to “wanderlust” is not so much addicted to movement as committed to transformation.” Pico Iyer

“Wandering flushes a glory that fades with arrival.” J. A. Baker

“There’s a race of men that don’t fit in,
A race that can’t sit still;
So they break the hearts of kith and kin, And they roam the world at will.
They range the field and rove the flood,
And they climb the mountain’s crest; Their’s is the curse of the gypsy blood,
And they don’t know how to rest.”
Robert W. Service
